Who we are

SupportYourBoxes is a registered trade name of Evident Compliance LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Questions about this notice: hello@supportyourboxes.com or 412-330-1532.

This notice covers this website and contacting us through it, by email or by phone. If you become a client, the data our platform handles for you is governed by your service agreement, not by this notice.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number, what you're interested in, and your message.

When you ask for a quote: your name, email address, company, industry, how many workstations and servers you have, how IT is handled today, whether you take card payments, the add-ons and term you picked, the estimate the page showed you, and your message.

With either form: the time you sent it and the internet (IP) address it came from. The forms also use a hidden field and a timer to filter out spam bots; neither sets a cookie.

When you call us: your phone number, and if you leave a voicemail, the recording and an automatic written transcript of it.

When you email us: whatever you put in the email.

What we don't collect: we don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and the site's fonts are served from our own host. The site remembers only your light or dark display choice, in your own browser.

How we use it

Only to answer you: to reply, to prepare and discuss a quote, and to keep a record of that conversation. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Where it goes and who sees it

• Our website host (GoDaddy) receives the forms and keeps a copy of each submission on the host.
• Our own server (Hetzner, Ashburn, Virginia) collects new submissions and sends us a notification through Telegram, so the text of your submission passes through Telegram's service.
• Email from the forms and from voicemail arrives in our mailbox at Proton Mail.
• Our phone provider (voip.ms) carries calls, stores voicemail and produces the transcript. Voicemail also becomes a ticket in our help desk, which runs on our own server.
• AI tools: we use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to help run our systems, and they may process your enquiry while we work on it. They are not used to market to you.
• People: Lenny Mansell, the owner, is the only person who sees your enquiry. We have no employees or subcontractors with access.

We disclose information if the law requires it, and otherwise only as described here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quote requests: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Voicemail recordings and transcripts: 12 months, then deleted. Copies in our backups age out on the backups' own schedule, about 60 days later.

Your choices

Email hello@supportyourboxes.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days. Deleting your enquiry doesn't affect an agreement you've already signed with us.

Security

Our servers are reachable only through a private network, and access is limited to the owner and his automated systems. No system is perfectly secure; if something happens that affects your information, we'll tell you.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
